Your Sample 7-Night Itinerary


At FlourishWell Retreats, each day is gently curated to help women with ADHD unwind, reconnect with their creativity, and feel fully supported  without pressure or overwhelm. Before the real itinerary is released we want you to get general example of how your retreat experience may flow, giving you a feel for the structure, activities, and balance of rest and inspiration.

This is a sample itinerary to give you a general idea of what to expect. A full, personalised schedule including exact activities, excursions, and timings will be sent to those on the who have made a booking. Once bookings close, YOU will get to choose what excursions you prefer from a list of chosen activities.
